Biography: Arianna Costantini is currently an Assistant Professor in Tenure Track in the Department of Systems Medicine at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Italy. Her research focuses on the field of work and organizational psychology. She has published multiple papers in high-level journals such as Educational Psychology Review, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Journal of Management & Organization, and has presented her work at important conferences, including the Academy of Management (AoM) and the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP). She serves as an Associate Editor for Frontiers in Psychology, a Guest Editor for the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and a reviewer for international institutions and journals.

Abstract: The rapid development of AI is profoundly reshaping the global innovation ecosystem, and its impact on creativity has become a focus of attention in both academia and industry. Creativity, traditionally regarded as an exclusive domain of humans, is now undergoing a profound paradigm shift due to the intervention of AI. As a key driver of the new wave of technological revolution, AI is no longer merely a tool for improving efficiency but has evolved into a creative partner capable of conceiving, generating, and even optimizing ideas. This report aims to systematically explore cutting-edge issues regarding the integration of AI and creativity, providing theoretical support and forward-looking perspectives for understanding and harnessing this new paradigm which advances creativity.
